Terms of Service

By using the AI Try On app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Service Description

AI Try On lets you virtually try clothing images on your photo using AI. Generated images are for entertainment and reference; not a binding shopping advice.

2. Account and Sign-In

The app requires Google Sign-In.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your information.
Users under 13 are not allowed to create accounts.
You are responsible for activity on your account and for device security.

3. Credits and Payments

New users receive welcome credits (one-time, per Google account).
Each try-on consumes 1 credit.
Credits are purchased via Google Play (packs of 5/20/60/200).
Credits are linked to your account server-side; uninstalling the app doesn't erase them — sign in again to recover.

    Refund policy: Due to the nature of digital credits, credit packs once delivered to your account are non-refundable, even if unused. This falls under the "digital content" exception in EU consumer rights (Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(m)) and equivalent national laws. Exceptions: credits double-deducted due to a technical error, or service unavailability where consumption could not occur.
  

4. Acceptable Use

You may NOT:

Upload photos of others without their consent
Upload obscene, violent, copyright-infringing, or illegal images
Share or misuse generated images without the person's consent
Reverse-engineer the app or use automation to send requests
Use the API without permission or resell it
Abuse welcome credits by creating multiple accounts (grounds for account closure)

5. Intellectual Property

The app's code, design, and trademarks belong to AI Try On.
You retain all rights to your uploaded images; we only process them to deliver the service.
Generated images are for your personal use; for commercial use you must clear licensor rights (clothing, model) separately.

6. AI Output — Disclaimer

AI-generated results may not always be accurate.
Body fit, color, and size predictions are approximations.
Do not make purchase decisions based solely on the generated image.

7. Service Changes and Outages

We may modify, suspend, or terminate the service with or without prior notice.
We are not liable for outages of third-party services (Google Play, fal.ai); credits consumed in such cases will be refunded to your account.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law:

The service is provided "as is" — no warranties.
We are not liable for lost profits, data loss, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed what you paid in the last 12 months.

9. Account Deletion

To delete your account, email support@aitryonapp.com. Unused credits are not refunded on deletion.

10. Changes

If we update these terms we will notify you in-app. Continued use after the update = acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye. EU consumers retain rights under their local consumer protection laws.
